This painting sure makes me agree with the artist, Paul Leasure, that this was a moment meant to be framed at that very moment of time, where the girl’s wonder and curiosity mirrors the joy and spontaneity a viewer might feel when looking at the colorful and joyous scene. A fleeting image of our own escapades with the evening tides wash over. I was gifted this spectacular piece by my teenage daughter and that was her most touching present as yet!
